You have to uncheck the 'has generic face' in CM.

Scouser has also released a tool that does this automatically with all the faces within seconds.

Guys will have a question fifa 16 face patches when we install the face of a player who cannot be in the game if we install the game automatically adds the player to the game, for example, joao felix is not in the game, but there is a face patch sevinirim if you answer :)

Yes but you have to use creation master to regenate then he will be in your game
