This is absolutely phenomenal. Great work. I didn't realize you were going to do generic heads too. That's awesome.

Side note. If there is any way of making this tool available for download I would be grateful, I have quite a few hundred other faces I would love to convert from older Switch, PS3 & Xbox 360 games.

Everything works as intended from the first glance and the new bump file seems to be adding a lot to the realism of the faces.

The only issue I've noticed so far is Mbappe hair (I used precise hair models):

As for suggestions:

1. Not sure how feasible it is to detect, but would be nice to have new skin textures converted/assigned to players who now have new skin tones.
E.g. players like Dusan Tadic who were either generic in vanilla F14 or had F15-16 era scans with different skin tones, now have a bit of a mismatch between face and body tones:

2. Going back to the point I made earlier, would be awesome to have hair alternatives from previous Fifa titles that would naturally fit onto the single head model, if you do get to convert those previous Fifa titles.
E.g. Cristiano Ronaldo doesn't wear the bun anymore, so it would be awesome ho have his previous (F17 - F20) hair fitted onto the converted F21 model; Neymar and his F20 (update) hair + beard; Pogba and his F18 short hair + chin beard; Sergio Ramos and his F18 long beard; Giroud and his F17 beardless hair model; Messi and his F18 short beard / F17 blonde hair + beard / F16 beadless hair model; Griezmann and his F18 long hair + headband, etc - I believe the base head models have stayed identical over the years.
I can help with the list/screenshots for the players I know of, if needed.

3. Would be great if we could get the PC/X one/PS4 exclusive faces (updates) converted, that didn't make it to Switch: Suarez, Sergio Ramos, Mbappe, Vidal, Griezmann, etc.

Harry, if you noticed there are female player faces converted in the pack. Have you considered adding female national teams to HBZxMW 14 if they are present in the converted DB?
Would be rather cool and unique I think to have the womens teams in F14.

I see. It's a problem in the model itself. Here's original head/hair model from FIFA 21 Switch:

So it seems, somehow this problem is not visible on Switch, but becomes visible when the model is rendered in FIFA 14.
I will think on possible solution for this.

I think it must be changed in the database. There are no special skin textures for specific players on Switch (except Messi with tattoo).

I have only Suarez, Hazard and Mbappe faces at the moment. I can upload them in another pack.

It's a good idea but I have no time to work on it. Also I don't know how to create randomization in Revolution Mod.

That's the easy part. Just naming the file like specifichair_ playerid _var_textures.rx3 where var is 0, 1, 2, or 3 should randomize the hair texture choice ingame.

Anyway, I would imagine that if you were to convert the F20, F19, F18 etc faces following the same method, scale and dimensions you did for F21, we would see those previous player looks and would be able to use them as randomization options/classic patch material (e.g. when you need a 2016 look for Messi) with RM: specificface, specifichead, specifichair_teamYear (which is also possible) etc.
Those head models have mostly stayed identical over the years so it will only be a difference in appearance.

I see. If you have his updated PC version converted and plan to upload it anyway, maybe there's no point spending time on the Switch Mbappe hair issue then.

For some reason FIP patch doesn't set "starhead" flag for players with custom faces.
So you need to set this flag yourself.
You can do this in Creation Master (remove the "Has Generic Face" flag, or in DB Master (set "hashighqualityhead" parameter to 1).
Or, if you don't want to touch the database - you can add player face assignment scripts to fifarna\lua\assignments\players (see file in attachments)

I think the eye bump/occlusion can be improved. Eyes should not be that bright. This texture was manually created because the one from Switch is very different.
For the face bump in general - that's what you have in FIFA Switch. I didn't modify the texture, just used what was there. Also if you check how the game looks on Switch, you'll see that player faces also looking weird there sometimes
Also, Beckham face is not included on Switch, or did they add him?

In the end the problem was really the lack of activation of the face in the db ... Very often it creates problems with a specific face. It can also happen that the hair becomes bright or totally dull black or the shadows on the face that are projected by the hair are abnormal.

One question ... I didn't find Petr Cech in your package (by the way, thanks a lot!). Have you also encountered problems with her hair? It seems that the hair model is almost non-existent ...

That's a custom, but since the bump is universal and not just for the faces converted from Switch we'd have to take that into account as well.
