here r my tips
i normally shoot from far behind, lets say in the middle of the box and the half way line (with a good striker) , witch makes the goalie save the ball, earning me a corner. i always, i mean always get the crusor on the green bit, and then set the round circle on a player and press "A, and the direction button" this makes the player do an overhead volley, always goes in.
this is a very good tip wen u get a free kick. (it normally works, thogh always try it) put the red circle and place it on the free kick wall, take a shot and the ball willl hit the wall bounce back and it will reach 1 of your player, shoot imidetly at the goal and it will go in the goal. this is because the goalie has dived and is on the floor.this is a good chance for 1 of ya defenders tu score

Solution to tricks with sidewinder gamepad!!!
Ihad some troubles with tricks and my sidewinder and many with me! I tried to change my Y-button (header etc) to M-button (select) and took rush-button from R-button (actully z-button) to Y-button. Then i saved my configuration and started a game. Voila all my controls went back to original but now when i pressed my M-button i had "the special moves" on that button. Try that it worked for me!!!

How can I curve the ball without being in a free-kick and what is the best way to score goals fast in Professional or World Class mode?

Come on, world class mode is too easy!. I almost always score more than 3 goals pergame.
There are some players in certain team, that besides their status, they have a "bugged" shot. For example, in Juventus, Del Piero is not the player with the highest shot on status, but in the field he is totally unmatched.
When you kick the ballf rom far away with other player, the goalkeeper almost always do a greats ave, but when you do it with del piero, they (keepers) do a minimal effort to stop the ball, and looks very pathetic, like someone have paid them to let the ball in!.
I always score a lot with delpiero!!. In one game i scored 4 goals against the pc with him, and the key to score easy goals quick, is to master the long shot with the "bug" players. and no one wills top you.
Its kind anoyying because when i play against friends of mine, they do the same, and they score a lot against me from long shots.
I hope that this crappy keepers will be fixed in fifa 2004.
