For me, FIFA DB Converter_v1.0 does not carry the conversion from the console to the PC.
I have a db file edited from Nintendo Switch 20 ready.
Unfortunately, Career Mode does not carry the Romanian and Chinese teams and draws, Champions League or Europa League matches and then freezes. The rest work in career mode.

The answer is easy.
1. without head --- old original FIFA19 db used specific or generic face !

If a player has a specific face assigned to the database, then it is required example player ID 12940 Emanuel Pogatetzt. If the FIFA19 headclasscode was generic then you will not be the head of the player.

2. without kit ---
the same situation
Or it doesn't have the kit or other ID
