FIFA 19 - Edit clubs in Career Mode

Hello everyone. I'm modder (in other games) and I would like to learn how to modify in FIFA. My goal is to try to change the name of the club (in Manager Career Mode), shield, and colors of the equipment (if it really can be changed).

If someone knows programs/editing tools or tutorials, I will be very grateful.
