FIFA 19 change commentary language

when i was on fifa 18
there were a great post about changing the commentary language with hex editor
i tried it with fifa 19 and it is not working.
so i just want to ask if someone know any way or work around to change the commentary language
i have just Eng, Fre, ES lang
but i think i have all the file cause when i downloaded the trail version for 10 H
i cloud pick all lang then i updated to full game after i bought it
but i cant see other than that 3 lang above
so i have the files but cant see them in game just like FIFA 18
cause pf region lock
so plz any fix will be great <3

My FIFA 19 is a Japanese version.
The Japanese version can use all text and commentary languages.
There are three language settings related to game play.
1.Origin >> FIFA 19 >> Game Properties >> ADVANCED LAUNCH OPTIONS >> Game Language
2. Flag selection after starting FIFA 19
3. CUSTOMISE >> SETTINGS >> FIFA 19 >> GAME SETTINGS >> AUDIO >> Commentary Language

Relationship between 1, 2 and 3
1.English >> 2.English >> 3.English only (lock)
1.English >> 2.Brazil >> 3.English only (lock)
1. Brazil >> 2. English >> 3. Brazil or English
1. Brazil >> 2. Brazil >> 3. Brazil or English

From the above results, I found that the language selected by Origin is set as a commentary language.
Also, if the language selected in Origin is other than English, you can choose English for commentary language.
I can not choose a commentary language different from the language selected in Origin.

Hello you can try out this solution to install every commentary in the game:

Just browse and go via cmd in this folder:
\FIFA 19\__Installer\

Run this cmd code, adjust the language code and game patch where is installed in your pc:

Code:

Touchup.exe install -update -locale it_IT -installPath "D:\FIFA 19\FIFA 19\" -autologging -startmenuIcon=0 -desktopIcon=0

by running this code will install the ita language and means full lang + commentary, once process ends, try out in game.
Check on process list to check the install process done before you run game,
because you can't see the data out steam in the cmd screen.

Tried this but it did not work. I've copied this code:

Touchup.exe install -update -locale it_IT -installPath "D:\FIFA 19\FIFA 19\" -autologging -startmenuIcon=0 -desktopIcon=0

and changed the "it_IT" (for italian) to "es_ES" (for spanish) and the install path. Then I run the code in cmd.exe, the Touchup.exe appeared in the Task Manager for a while, but the files for spanish language didn't appeared in the FIFA 19 folder.

thx, sadly doesnt work. Since EA made commentary setting bound. which means, i must be able to set to japanese language to use japanese commentary,. What i can't otherwise i would had asked for the upload :-(

How to change the commentary language.
We need the latest commentary language file beforehand.
Please test someone.

[Change poor English commentary language to normal English commentary language]

1. Back up FIFA 19.exe
2. Open "FIFA 19. exe" with Hex editor.
3. Text type "eng_us_2" Search and edit to "eng_us".
4. Text type "eng_us_3" Search and edit to "eng_us".
5. Save your changes.

[Work commentary language which can not be selected in the game to work]
(For example, change French to Brazilian)

1. Back up FIFA 19.exe
2. Open "FIFA 19. exe" with Hex editor.

Works but it is not JAPANESE = "jpn_en" it is jpn_jp xD and have to use in settings france so it use the japanese commentary

for fifa 18 people were uploading files for all languages,so if thats still possible and still works,i remember because i was using that files for other language it was very simple download>>copy>>paste,so if that still works someone can upload the files of the language you are looking for and you can fix your problem
