Okay, I've check the performance in the most stressful way possible:
Weather: Snow
Time: 10:00 PM
Stadium: Santiago Bernabue
Didn't drop below 60 FPS except in the start of the match intro where the camera shows the whole field. It dropped to 54 FPS. It didn't happen before but now it dropped.
Nevertheless, all other cutscenes were 60 FPS and so was gameplay.
I'll check more but for now, I haven't faced stutters or lags other than that particular cutscene.
