Link #1 above is Moddingway's Converter. Download the tools and files, and start learning how to edit the db tables. Edit the manager table, and learn to change the appearance of some of the managers. All of that will probably take you a few days to learn.

When you have learned to use the tools, and you're good enough at editing to know how to change managers' faces, then we can talk about adding new players etc. Because that is many times more complicated, and you first need to learn the editing basics.

Or as I said, just use the in-game options. Create your new manager in-game when you start your career, I think you get to choose his appearance. That is easy and quick.

Explain which editing method you are using. Also explain exactly what you edited and what you did. List the manager ID, list his face ID, and list the face ID you changed him to. In fact list all the edits you made to him. Then I have something to go by and can maybe help. Zidane or D. Simeone Fenerbahçe added bald man
I can not assign the managers to different teams
