I understand now why fifa is worst soccer game....
So, your opponent needs just 2 players, one for a lucky tackle and second to score many goals (min. 2:00), he may well play with 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-up to 11.
Not so in your case, no, you need more players, just 4 + goalkeeper, pass-pass-pass-lucky deflection-GOAL. I just woder why you play 4-3-3 because i never saw in your playstyle wings and flank midfielders on duty? Is it so fun, right? yup, this is 2014 football simulation

You need to do some line slider and team tactic adjusting, get some players back to help defend. Slowing the game down would help as well, that's not football, that's a sprint contest.

Line height 0 and line length 20 brings your players back to defend. Use that in combination with the d-pad and choose park the bus tactics. You'll have a wall of defender teammates helping you out.

No problems. Even using just the d-pad tactics works very well in FIFA 15, unlike in past years. Adjusting line sliders is something I often do near the end of a game when I want to protect a lead.
