Fifa 15 - No Crowd patch

Good day Everyone,

After testing all the best Fifa's - for me it's 11, 13 and 15.

Unfortunately, 15 is lagging on my pc - around 45 FPS.

Can Someone send me the files for the No Crowd patch? I found many tutorials on the internet, but unfortunately all the links are dead.
