Don't open it in Blender to start with.
Use another texture and erase the mouth part on the original layer.
Try to blend it nicely with Photoshop.

Some players should try keeping their mouths closed. Just once in a while. :)

Check my tutorial, it's pretty close to EA style, you can work on that some more to get a refined texture with a EA like apearance

Select the vertices and take them down.
I think that's the neck part, so it shouldn't be that hard.
Or you can use the Face Master and "convert" it.
Maybe it can fix it.

I have made a tattoo texture. It's a bmp or png. How do I put it ingame?
I already tried it with CM15 but doesn't work :(

You have to edit the skin texture.rx3. I've never tried before but I think you replace the skin with your modified skin in File Explorer, drop the skin.rx3 somewhere the sceneassets folder, assign with rev mod and regenerate. Again, I've never tried before but I think that's how to install it... or maybe someone would like to clarify if I'm wrong.
