No, it can't be done unfortunately.

Hey I hope someone can help me with this
In many tutorials I've seen they always export the face using Face Editing Mode and then click Face Model Export. Problem is.. I don't even have the option to check Face Editing Mode :/ I hope someone can help.

Just undo whatever you did, ctrl-z. It happens sometimes to me as well. Not sure there's any other way if you have edited a lot after the error. You might have to start over
