I wouldn't guarantee that it comes out today. For PC (and every console except XBO) it is announced as "eventually".

The FIFA 14 demo was a terrific example of slow buildup gameplay. And people here and elsewhere talked all year about how much better it was than the full game. So these games don't have to be ping pong arcade football. "Not real" is not an excuse.
