I did these too a week ago, but for another purpose (The 4th version of Romanian Leagues patch).
These are the tables from db I converted:

Are those tables enough or there are more that need to be converted ?

you also need previousteam table or your loans will run out and your game will crash because the game doesn't know where to return the player.

@regularcat: Thanks ! I did that in the mean time, but i taught that table was counting for the news in CM... i didn't like that the news showed Diego Costa transfered to Chelsea from Braga, so i saw this table and converted it, but didn't think it was that important.. ))

db\DefaultDB\fifa_ng_db1415 -default 14th fixed to 14/15 season?

yup... this patch will do that i think... bcz all fifa 15 dlc files are there

ya that's what we got also. Some how i imported the lighting files which are working and ur lighting is much better than mine

I have just installed the 1.0 version. Great work! Do I have to play offline mode or can I play online mod and can I use the latest squad update with career mode?

if u want to play online then u should have backed up the original fifa 14 folder before installing the patch... this patch is not compatible with online mode.
what i copied and paste FIFA 14 main folder in origingames, The new folder will be named as FIFA 14 - copy ... rename the folder to fifa14og.. then install the patch in FIFA 14 folder... play in offline mode... when u want to play online just rename fifa 14 folder to fifa 14pached(or anything else) and rename fifa 14og to FIFA 14... and play online

Okee There are some bugs left. I did start a career mode with Ajax (Eredivisie). Some players from Vitesse (for example Ibarra) diddn't have a face. It was blue and green.
There is a big with the shirts from the club: Go Ahead Eagles. Before the game (where you can choose for home/away shirt, i diddnt saw a shirt. In the game there was 1 player with no boddy/shirt. There are also some players with a normal standard face and not their own face. Can you try to solve this problems or tell me how i can solve them by myself ^^.

these patch seems to be awsome !! but my fifa won't start when i install it ... i've installed v1, v2, fix, regenerate with i68 but still crash ... any idea ?
