for the you team thing you should remove MIN_SQUAD_SIZE

I think its better to set a higher valu e (like 60).

no man that will probably cause a crash,you remove that and you can have 25 or 26 players on your team but if you keep it and sell your players and have 25 players then player from youth will start to appear

All of a sudden everything looks messed up.. I'm on second season,all players have got their full ratings .. ( embolo 19yr 86 rating,januzag 21 yr 86.wermer 20yr 85.) everybody got their max rating all of a sudden.. :/
some players without name are added to the team,I don't hav scout but 3 youth players are promoted to main team automatically .. what's going wrong beta???

Will be fixed in the latest release, I'd set the player growth values way too high.

Hope to release a final version at the end of this week.
Not know if I can continue tweaking more, because everytime I do so, it causes issues.

At the start of the third season All young talents have reached their potential (Embolo 19yrs 86 Overall).Though its fun to play.But not realistic. :/

I guess maybe the growth might be too much, but at least older players actually grow at all instead of not growing one bit

As someone who plays at most 3 or 4 seasons before starting a new career, this seems good to me.

is it possible to make "loan star players"? In fifa till fifa 12 we can sign star players on loan , but now its not possible. Because Falcao is a star but loaned out by monaco ! :P

Firstly I dint like the latest player growth,but after half season,Im really enjoying ir.. It has made the game even more tougher since everybody has higher ratings.
But Beta can you reduce the Growth a bit. Atleast reduce it by 20% from the current growth.. Thanks again beta.. Waiting for next update.

i kind like and dislike the player growth i started a career with ac milan who had budget of 29.000.000 made a few changes fixed some position started second season with 40.000.00- tried to buy young players example like hector berlin but his overall was 83 or something like that and his value was really high so couldn't buy and young talent there values were too high

don't use beta's player values n wages.. ea defaults itslf is quite good for young players.. eg vietto ST 86rating, club demanding 77.5M for him..
