Ok, that is something I did not think at, but what decent means?
The default is growth is one point per month, and per season you mean that max anual growth for divisions from 1 to 5?
What values have you set there?
Anyway the answer is somewhere in there, it's just a matter of patience.

I've just set mine to 10 for all the values in max attribute growth (attribute and overall), and I've set all my phys_y values to 150. This makes them grow very quickly however

Well, aplant92, that works indeed.You can lower match experience to reduce fast grow, but I will test and try to find a balaced setting.
Beta, please, do you have any ideea about unmascking player overalls, or maybe Rabouter, you could be more explicit about how you succeded?

Yeah, but it weren't the 2 lines that needed changing. Near the bottom (I'm at work, so can't check) there's a line that has the value 3, it needs to be changed to 1. It has been posted in the old Fifa 14 topic or something, works like a charm. If you don't know which one I could check it tonight.

Don't know the exact post, but here's the thing I needed to change:

Filename: gtndatareveal.csv

Change line

Rabouter, your little trick works, I don't know how or why, but it works and is compatible with started careers.
So after all gtndatareveal is still needed.

How do I know it is installed correctly?
1. Start a new Career
2. Select European Competition in 1st Season?
3. Hit X a couple of times
4. Group D should be:
Dortmund
Anderlecht
Galatasar.
Arsenal
Note: The mod also works without European Competitions

Changelog:
- Transfers: Increased transfer-activities
- Transfers: Clubs should not sell their players to league rivals
- Transfers: Less top-player movement
- Transfers: Changed clubs transfer-budgets
- Transfers: Changed league rankings
- Transfers: Clubs should only place bid on player when they have the budget

hey Beta, new user here, i found out about this forum through someone on operation sports and came here just for this mod, its awesome. i believe i loaded it correctly and it seems to work great for me, checked the CL table to make sure group D was accurate and it was. i did want to give some input that there are some transfers that occurred and i wasn't sure if theyd be considered "between rival clubs" but man city sold Kompany to Chelsea, modric went to man utd. and some other big names left their clubs as well. i didn't think anything crazy of it, but im not sure if this should be happening in the first transfer window or not so i just figured id let you know just in case.

hey Beta, new user here, i found out about this forum through someone on operation sports and came here just for this mod, its awesome. i believe i loaded it correctly and it seems to work great for me, checked the CL table to make sure group D was accurate and it was. i did want to give some input that there are some transfers that occurred and i wasn't sure if theyd be considered "between rival clubs" but man city sold Kompany to Chelsea, modric went to man utd. and some other big names left their clubs as well. i didn't think anything crazy of it, but im not sure if this should be happening in the first transfer window or not so i just figured id let you know just in case.

Yep, just run the Installer. It's recommended to always regenerate.

The bug is there still btw.
At the moment I'm fixing/improving the transfer-system, hope to push v0.3 later today/tonight.

Ok if you're going to release v3 tonight then I will just wait for that one!! I'm home by 6pm ET so I'll check throughout the night and sample a career and see if I see anything out of the ordinary.

God now all I wanna do is get home!! Then again the rosters have to be updated as well before I start my CM again because ea messed up the last squad update. so excited to try v3 out.
