You have to install the patched database otherwise you will get this error. I had this issue until I reinstalled the mod and selected the patched database option to install as well as the other mod options.

EDIT: Figured it out... helps to regenerate the files post-fixes

Sorry! This shouldn't happen, will upload a new beta version today that fixes the issue.

It was a test to increase the stories in game, but for some reason EA doesn't allow this to happen and gives the 'not enough space' warning.

I haven't figured out yet what the size limit is, and how to workaround this. But like I said, it shouldn't be there in the first place! :P

EDIT: Please try the previous version (Beta 11), if this solves the problem, than I made a mistake somewhere. :P

That should be a bug, but how many do you bid? You will need to at least 90% of the player value.
Please give me an example of what player you want to buy and what you're are in, so I can investigate.

I use Beta 12 now and everythings fine, I had the problem with Beta 11.

I could only bid for players listed for Transfer or Loan (which were just a bunch of guys with ratings around 60-65). For all the other players the option to buy or loan was not there anymore.

But with Beta 12 I have no problems so far and I really like your work! Career Mode feels a lot better now! Also your sliders gave me a completely new and better FIFA experience! Thanks for that

For example is it possible to mod the shooting stat of youth squad CAMs who receive the skilled or attack minded stats? I get a lot of CAMs with poor physical stats and/or finishing.

I have been testing beta 14 a bit and here's what my friend and I found:

- Playing as AS Roma... my friend tried to sell Maicon. Agreed a value with the club and then no follow-up email from the team but the bid fell through somehow. I haven't seen this with any Chelsea players. Not sure if FIFA issue or he's glitched?

- As Chelsea, I tried to loan Costa and Fabregas. All of the offers I received were from lower league teams in England instead of top tier teams in the game. Costa had offers from Bolton and Burnley and Fabregas had offers from Sunderland, Watford, and Millwall. I'm not sure some of these can afford the weekly salary.

- Also, short loans are apparently only 3 months. My friend sent some players on short loan and they came back in October.

Those issues aside, I really like what you have done with the patch. Definitely much more enjoyable now to play

I think this is the problem (with unrealistic teams):

MAX_TEAM_OVERALL_DIFFERENCE_LOAN=25

Will set them lower in the next version.

What happens when you set MAX_TEAM_OVERALL_DIFFERENCE/MAX_TEAM_OVERALL_DIFFERENCE_LOAN=5 ?

About the team bid and then nothing issue.. Yeah, this is a FIFA issue. It could also be an issue with this mod, since I tweaked the offers higher, although it shouldn't happen anymore.

Take a look in the fifadb with DB Master.
I think it would be possible to add youth/scout players with some traits. Will check.

still some issues with young players & loans... there squad status is a bit better (squad rotation, rather than always first team player), but most of these players are either sporadic or future.. it seems none of my players for any team are considered this player status anymore.

Big teams are still coming in for my young players on loan.. 58 rated youngsters gets loan offers from Arsenal, Man Utd, Man City etc constantly.

Other than that, the patch seems awesome as always!

Just tested, still seems to be some issues with younger/lower overall players having the "squad rotation" player status, when they are future or sporadic. This causes issues with contracts & morale, especially when they are loan listed.
