"Starting May 29, there will be an additional way of playing the World’s largest tournament. On top of the already available EA SPORTS 2014 World Cup Brazil game for PlayStation 3 & Xbox 360, we are bringing the 2014 FIFA World Cup to FIFA Ultimate Team on all consoles and PC.

FIFA 14 Ultimate Team: World Cup, a separate mode within FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT), lets players build their ultimate squad of players from all 32 National Teams attending this summer's tournament in Brazil. FUT World Cup features all 32 National Team crests, National Team kits, the official adidas® Brazuca match ball, the Estadio do Maracana, and all-new look and feel within FIFA 14 Ultimate Team."

Bad news the Ultimate World Cup was planned for 29 May but since EA got problems it will take more time till launch !

To ensure the best possible experience, we have decided to delay the launch of FIFA 14 Ultimate Team: World Cup (PC/PS3/PS4/360/XB1) and the World Cup Kick-Off mode (XB1/PS4).

Knowing that our players have been so excited for these new modes made it a tough decision. However, as we progressed through final testing we encountered unforeseen issues that would affect all users who downloaded the update, so it’s important to address them first before release.

Our team is currently working hard to have the update ready to release in the coming days.

On Thursday evening (EU time) we will keep you updated on our progress. Be sure to follow @EASPORTSFIFA for further updates on FUT World Cup and World Cup Kick-Off.

Games poor, Feels like the WC which is really crap.
Passing is terrible, Shooting is bad, The CPU is always faster then you and will out pace you easily.

Pique can out pace Cavani.

You always get fouled in the attacking third and the ref does nothing and if you breath on the you gives them a free kick.

you are just not good enough for the game, pique can outrun if cavani if you have bad links, and otherside too, just play lower difficulty and you win,

The game is super, it's better,
CPU attacking more and better,
CPU defence is smarter

Hahah.

The CPU is over powered, They are made to be much faster then you so it makes it nearly impossible to outrun them.

Plus the ref nevers gives free kicks in your favour compared to them.

I am playing online and I'm being crashed by teams with Iniesta and Reus. Many fifa points have been spent on packs by them... None by me.

Maybe I've suddenly turned into a crap player, but I keep f*cking loosing.
I work o hard to get a goal, and when I get it, the opponent just sprints down the wing, crosses it and scores a header. Easy.

Hello, all. Just a couple notes on rosters for both FUT WC and World Cup Kick-Off.

FUT World Cup Rosters
As some of you may already know, new players can only be added to FIFA Ultimate Team via the retail disc or a title update. To prepare for our latest FUT World Cup title update, we needed to lock our roster database weeks before the national team preliminary World Cup squads were announced. Therefore, we looked at including players who have already made at least one competitive appearance for their respective national team.

This is why some up-and-coming youngsters such as Carvajal, Shaw, and Griezmann are currently not available in FUT World Cup as they have only played in a friendly match, or haven't represented their national team yet. An exception was made for Diego Costa, who is most likely headed to the World Cup.

EA SPORTS 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil (360/PS3) and World Cup Kick Off (XB1/PS4) rosters will be fully updated soon after June 2, which when all national teams are required to confirm their 23-man squads for the World Cup.
