FIFA 14 Registry CM14

Hello. I would like to start by saying that I’m not sure if I’m posting in the correct area, so I apologize if I’m in the wrong section.

My question is as follows: I’m trying to use CM14 for the pirated FIFA 14, but whenever I try to open it via "Open - Select lan.db", I get this error.

I saw that there is a topic in the forum with a FIX for this and other programs, but I tried it and it didn’t work. Could someone help me?
I’m using Windows 10. My FIFA is installed in: "CProgram Files (x86)\Origin Games\FIFA 14"
And here is my FIFA14.reg that I created.

I have two versions of CM14 here, 14.2 and 14.3. Which one is better? I also saw that some people use CM15 for FIFA 14... is it better to use it?

Graphicallycm 15 is better but it only reads some versions of fifa 14
The other read fifa 14 without problems
