I'm testing it on Marquinhos' miniface and every time when I'm exporting in .dds without compression it looks like this.

Depends on the club. Premier League, La Liga and Bundesliga have pictures of the players. Ligue 1 seems to be too, but the photos are taken more from the side, so they are not very suitable. And Serie A, for example, doesn't have them at all, like some Italian clubs.
