ea ignite is the name of new game engine...it is for all games of ea games....im pretty sure pc will have this version...rest leave it on time...fingers crossed

From what i've seen so far this version will only be for PS4 and Xbox One. PS3 XBOX360 and PC will have the current engine

I think it's rendered. The gameplay features might be nice, but it's the first game for the new consoles, and it's going to be released probably after the PS3, 360 and PC versions of FIFA 14. I would expect something around that in FIFA 15. Of course the game will look better on the Next Gen consoles, but not that good in my opinion.

Don't know about you but I never believe to such trailers, as you see almost in all games (even in old games from 2004-2005 years) trailers look f...ing great but when we look walkthrough videos we see huge difference.

No.
I never believe to such trailers, believe only ingame trailers because many pictures and videos have been rendered for first trailers.
It's just advertisement, marketing moves - nothing more, so let's wait real ingame videos.
Of course FIFA on next-gen will look much better but not as at that trailer.
