I just cant believe, EA updated demo exe to prevent from modding and removed half length adjustment.

no, it doesnot that mean.
Mod will work correctly. Just little diffirent with fifa demo exe files.

How can I do to add:

kit_241_3_0.rx3 - Third

and configure the collar accordingly.

make sure you put correct file name. btw how do know which file is overlay ?
I think some files like overlay from older FIFA wont work in FIFA14.
