I noticed that when i want to change a formation instead of seeing 3-5-2 i see 3-5-002, or 4-2-004 instead of 4-2-4, but Yeah is not a big of a problem, just a text error.

I changed

Primary Attributes
Secondary Attributes

In Scout.ini

And +10 at all attributes from career_youthplayerattributes
For player tier 0 (platinum players)

Everything seems to work great now. The only problem is the regens with 2-3 overall in your db patch.

Edit: Also, the board is far too strict. I got terminated in January, in 4th position with an average team. I was doing well and still got terminated.

Hey Beta,
Is there a way to increase the percentage of players you get in youth scout reports that are 14 or 15? This would make it more realistic as the 16,17 and 18 yr olds would be open to being picked up for longer and it would help the development of players in the youth squad.

Make it 14

Experience_X_PERC_FIND_PLAYERS_RANGE_X =

Change low to min player each mission
High max. Players each mission.

You get more if you change the high value (max. 15)

Only the age is not changeable i think
