FIFA 14 Better Career Patch

Hello bro!
I'll point out you the presence of a incorrect user who that public our patch on its behalf/name.
It publish all our mods into in its account on moddingway platform.
I've reported the problem at Ariel, and now I'm waiting for reply and punishment to do at this unfair and incorrect user.
I think it repack all rar archives and publish in an arabian platform, impossible for no native language understand. It add also password to our rar archives.
It have violated any copyrights possible to violate.

Hi Fidel,

Thanks for reporting this issue. :)
I will take a look at it, but I did release my source code.
Everyone can change this mod to their own needs; but before they publish it in public, they need to ask permissions to the original developers.

Haven't seen anyone doing this, but will keep an eye on that. ;)

Hi, i have a problem with the installation of the FIFA_14_BCP_Installer_V5.2 Final.exe

I've installed ii directly into the game folder. I also installed the recommended File Master and edited the scout.ini because i was looking for some better players
Unfortunately nothing improved.

I changed
TIER_1_POTENTIAL_RANGE_0 = 87 // Tier 1, Potential Range Low = 0
TIER_1_POTENTIAL_RANGE_1 = 92 // Tier 1, Potential Range High = 1

and since I put the range for Tier 1 so high i also changed the value for Tier_1_perc higher.

I bought a scout and tested it. But i just got low level players (~50-60)

Have I made an error in reasoning or what else do I have to change?
Can maybe someone provide his scout.ini so that I can have a look in it?

Don't do it directly in game folder,
Only vanilla directly

2nd you need db master too
3rd you only changed potential
4th change primary and secondary attributes

Okay, I got it.

Anyway, I now have another question.
I used FIFA_14_BCP_beta990_V6_Fix_FULL and tried it first with a new career and after it worked i continued an older one. But during the transfer period at the beginning of the season i recognized that there are almost no player neither on loan nor on transfer list. And also just a few player who are looking for a new club. Normally there are at least a punch of acceptable players. But not this time anymore. Not even more for the 4th English league.

So my question is, which file contains the data to set this? Is that the transfer.ini?

And is there an easier way to edit the career_youthplayerattributes with DB Master? I exported it and edited it with Excel. But I cant import it again. It shows me always an error message.

Sorry, don't have the files anymore (since working on FIFA 15).

Install this mod to like C: \temp, copy the files to the location you want, uninstall the mod. :)

I have changed this in fifadb, it's in one of the tables, can't remember the name.

I looked into the Vanilla files and it's the same .ini and .csv files than this mod or the game itself.

You didnt tried vanilla yet.

Vanilla = without .csv,
Only 5 .ini files

Scout
Transfer
Youth
Regeneration
(and another one)

I've never tried Vanilla before because I was using moddingway patch, and some of those files are modified by the patch.

Now, if you could explain better what's the awesomeness about this Vanilla files, I will try them.
