FIFA 14 Better Career Patch

Did a few matchs and my first impressions :
- Overall gameplay is pretty good, AI less cheated and it seems there is more play in middlefield
- Fitness isn't good at least in player side (seems AI is ok), they don't loose enough stamina, my team was still on yellow at the end and only some players were orange (lowest stamina players)...
- On the contrary I feel like Goalkeeper is loosing too much...Well maybe he can be tired of boredom but that's all lol
- The new Turf (the default choice) is bad it's feel like a 90's game >.> v4.0 one was better imo, but I'll try the second one.

The 'old' turf is still in the Installer. About fitness; did you tried tweaking cmsettings.ini?

Can I install the latest version without having to start a new career?

I'm in my second season so far and don't want to restart

And BTW, many players are retiring with 29 or 30 years!

What version did you installed now? The bug about retiring should be fixed in V5.0.

Hi.

As You are propably ones that know most of these things I'd like to ask advice from You.

I recently got FIFA14 after a long history with modded FIFA10. I installed Fifamania patch and Doctor+ AI/GP/DB amongst with few other things. What I'm a bit frustrated about is that when I begin a career (manager mode) the board's goal for me is "CM_leagueobjective_email_-1".

So as you see it's hard to figure out what they want me to aim as a manager. Anyway, I have started a manager mode a few times with Chelsea and always somewhere in mid-November i get fired, last time in a middle of a 10-game winning streak and as a league leader and still alive in cup games as well. So nothing should have been wrong, they just fired me. Then a new job at another team, two winning games and fired again.

Might there be a bug somewhere? What should I do to find what is wrong and what to do to fix it?

I appreciate if help is found. Thanx!

been playing a lot recently and I'm loving it, only problem I'm having is with old regens and scouting but i'm still using the 5.0 beta 3 so all I have to say is quite great. Also the turfs are a nice add

I really like the mod! good job.

My only problem is that I can't play online anymore (mainly Ultimate Team) although I ticked the box that enables online play in the setup.
When I start an online game the ea thing pops up and connection gets lost without me seeing the pitch

You need the original database to play online.

What version did you installed now? The bug about retiring should be fixed in V5.0.

The last version I installed was 4.0 Final

Ronaldo doesn't decrease for me. In fact, he was only growing steadily until he hit 32. He was on 95 at that point. He probably only decreases If he is used by the CPU.

I am not getting any Youth Player. I am in 6 season . This Problem always starts from around 5th - 6th seasons. Any help. When i send scout to a country the scouting report is empty and undefined is written ..

Gameplay is pretty good now, I just changed Acceleration to 46 => 49 because players was a bit too heavy for me and I don't really like the sensation on my controller (crushing buttons xD)
For fitness...it's kind of weird cause i tried 4.25 , 5.00 and finally back to 6.0...It's as if the fitness had gained in precision over matches.
For Sim matches players loose to much imo but I don't know what change I must do >.<

It still does not and I always have to reinstall fifa to get rid of it. Isn't there any way of having the mod but still be able to play Ultimate Team?

It's really weird...Even with personal modifications on DB I still can play Ultimate Team...

It's a bit annoying, but change the "db" folder name (for example db-mod) and regenerate when you want to play Online...And when you want to go on career mode, change it back to "db" and regen...
