yes i have the same problem as you. To fix it i deleted and reinstalled fifa. mayb u can try it aswell because it worked for me. after u install fifa get moddingwaymod

Thanks for answer mate,but what i meant is i want to convert fifa 13 face to fifa 14,im using modingway mode 0.5 now,i dont know do i need to copy the file .lua that Ariel provided or i keep .lua file in moddingway mod is fine? All i know is i dont need copy or regenerate datax.big

I followed the tutorial and converted Ohohohyaya's Torres face and moved the files into there respected folders making sure the bump file with the correct ID was copied into the heads folder too. load the game and torres still has his ea face with the long hair and headband ? what did i do wrong. is it something to do with the player.lua file ???

UPDATE- All working I had to make sure the FHL editor was in the fifa 14 main folder and simply regenerate all the files in data3 time to convert some faces from Ohohohyaya's

I've converted Samuel Umtiti face to FIFA 14, as instruction says, but it's bad ingame:

Noo, I've added everything. I've also noticed that my head_bump weighs 164 KB while every bump from SieL's pack weighs 2 370 KB. I don't know why, it happens every time I try to convert faces. Any idea why?

If you're already using FIFA 14 File Loader Version 1.0.3.1_Full from Jenkey1002 then now you're able to convert rx3 Files (heads, eyes, faces, hairs and hairlods) from Fifa 13...and now listen...with mouth movements!!!!!
(P.S. You dont' have to use the well knowing head converter!)

Firs of all copy all rx3-Files of f.e. Dante from Bayern Munich to a separate Folder and convert this Folder with the new Function from Jenkeys Fifa File Explorer (newest Version). Copy the new Bump Head-File and place the right ID instead of the xxxxx.

Now Copy all the 7 Files in the right Folders from your Fifa 14 source inside sceneassets. (Dont' forget using Revolution Mode 14 Beta...)

I can't believe but there is now real Eye- and Mouth-Movement inside Fifa 14.

Dear Fifa-Addicts

It was my Fault because of my Anger, that we are not able to discover the Method to develop real Fifa 14 Faces including Face-Movements.

Unfortunately, the missing Mouth-Movements remaines the same - it's still not working!!!!!

My Input it was just because of my Anger, that still no Faces for Fifa 14 could be developed.

Hopefully this will change as fast as possible, because it's a real good game and it become so much better because of you.

Thats sad .. the eye and nouth movements really missing.. it looks so odd.. glad that the faces and tattooos working.. (huge thx to the modder )
