hi all, please help me

i paste the db file in the folder i shud place and regenerate it... i get the boots kits unlocked but cant perform the goal celebration like why always me and kiss the pitch........etc...

You also need to put the product.ini in the ''Game'' folder.

I dont think so.
althought to i've uclocked this feature (purchased w/FCC), when im offline , it's not active in career mode, so it's not be able to use.

i have to sign in to EA servers to use that. i think it's online feature.

If you want to enable edit players in career mode, download fidels career mode editor, open cmsettings.ini and under [CAREERMODE_MANAGERS] change UNLOCKABLESMANAGER = 1 to UNLOCKABLESMANAGER = 0

Sorry man I don't know why it's not working for you.

Try these steps, it's how I got it working.

1) Download Fidels CM Editor
2) Install it to it's own location, NOT the main FIFA folder like it asks
3) Now go to the location where you installed it
4) Click CM Files
5) Click Advanced Editing folder
6) Right click and copy the DLC folder
7) Go to your main FIFA13 Game folder (FIFA 13\Game) and paste the DLC folder
8) Now enter the DLC folder, enter dlc_FootballCompEng and go all the way through to the Data folder (FIFA 13\Game\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data)
9) Copy the cmsettings.ini
10) Paste it to your desktop
11) Open the pasted file on desktop with Notepad
12) Under the [CAREERMODE_MANAGERS] scroll down to UNLOCKABLESMANAGER = 1
13) Change the = 1 into = 0
14) Save the file then close
15) Right click and copy the file you just edited
16) Go back to FIFA 13\Game\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data
17) Paste the newly edited cmsettings.ini replacing the old one
18) Open i68Regenerator
19) Select 'Take care of edited files stored directly in folder'
20) Click GO!
21) Once finished start up your game and start a new Career Mode

You should now have the Edit Players option available to use under 'settings' in Career Mode.

I cant find the fifa.exe with i68 generator. Also, it is in italian.

I started with current customized database.
