root4rulez PM'ed me the other day and asked me how to reduce the overall ratings of players. I'm guessing he's frantically fixing that for you as we speak given he's apparently too busy to thank me for my help with that and a half dozen other issues he needed help with.

You don't edit the overall, the overall is only there to display the end result of your edits. You edit individual ratings or players' skill groups, the overall will lower on its own afterwards.
