ive heard otherwise, but again nothing is 100% until the game is installed & you are playing it.

Wait till E3 people. That's when first news about PC version of the game will pop up.

You won't get anything before it, only speculations. Plus all news will be about consoles first. You will get depressed and whine/moan a lot, cursing EA...

I have done exactly the same last year. Nothing good came out of it and in the end I was pleasantly surprised . Patience is virtue this time round for me. I advise you do exactly the same. Concentrate on other things... :P

However, the Impact Engine will only power the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game. FIFA 12 will also be released on PC, Wii, PS2, 3DS, PSP and the iOS trinity of platforms.

I hope ALL of them are wrong and we get an equal version on PC.

Something I would love to see in the game, something like 2K Sports does with NBA Today and MLB Today, FIFA Today, which lists all available matches for today to play. Maybe FIFA this week, instead of today.

I just want them to fix the online and manager modes.

I'm fed up of ppl cheating and giving up matches and fed up of corrupt save files.

Also, what about an online club manager where you can play regional leagues and upgrade your team players game after game? Something similar to Ultimate Team without the cheating stats and cards.

It can't be equal to the console version. It will either be worse (most likely) or better (modding). Oh, and optimization has to be done better. My PC runs PES2011 on high detail quality with 60 FPS while FIFA11 goes down to 10 with Fraps and 40 is like max normally :l

if you optimize your fifa properly you can reach 64 fps easily!

when i installed my fifa for the first time i was with 30 fps, then i searched how to optimize and i reached 64fps!!!
