I did not try PC version, but I can assure you that impact engine will be on PC version too, I asked that to McHardy and Jaramillo at the April webcast and they answered all the gameplay features they presented would have been present also in PC version...
According to me EA is only waiting to make a bigger announcement about PC version (like they did last year) and that's why they did not mention PC version in the official "impact engine" document

Aaron McHardy, FIFA 11 Producer, talked about FIFA 12 PC Version. During an interview he said "I wish it were as easy as cutting and pasting code from NG to PC but the reality is it took 2 years to adapt our next gen game engine specifically for FIFA 11 on PC. FIFA 11 was a hybrid of FIFA 11 quality and World Cup gameplay. While we have not announced plans for FIFA 12 on PC yet, I think you will be pleasantly surprised by what we have planned."

According to McHardy's words it seems PC release will be different and probably missing some features that have been announced for consoles versions.

can you ask rutter about their tools of editing fifa?? I mean it is possible to give you at least a hint about creating a tools wich can edit NG elements - faces, stadiums, kits, etc in a more professional way ... i know it sounds silly but .. ????

I totally believe you about the Gameplay and graphic features to be the same like

I will buy fifa 2012 anyway but I don't any see any good reason to wait for july if pc version match consoles'one. Is it so "marketing dangerous" says "it will be the same?"
