Did you regenerate properly before opening CM? I'm getting errors with a few players, but certainly not all of them. And it causes no issues in-game.

I can explain the issue to you all:
first I exported the files to a type of .dds and perfect quality, size 65 kB. That one gave a blue color in CM. Then I tried another one, almost the same quality, but size 22 kB. Then I saw this one gives an error in CM. Cesc converted some of the minifaces, in a 33 kB size one. These ones lost some quality. For a while I'm back to the first one, so blue in CM, no error, and the best quality ingame.

Thanks a lot for all those minifaces! Its an absolutely amazing work.. I'm a designer and i'm pissed that most of the original minifaces are so badly cut images and i cant use CM12 as i'm on mac, so all those dds files are great finding for me :)

But.. It seems i have a problem here, when i add all those dds files nothing changes, except missing minifaces from original game settings, all those dds files will fill those gaps.
I tried to erase bh and big files in 'heads' folder but there are many minifaces missing after i erase those, so if i add your dds files even there a lot of bigger players without minifaces.
Any ideas for solution?

Regenerate with iard regenerator ;)
