Ac 12 has given us a logic explanation (the file exe....),Fidel nothing of nothing!
we waiting a technical explanation from Fidel for an honest discussion.

I register after playing this wonderful patch... to say a big thank you to fidel and something else to the others in the meantime.

Why don't you guys just leave him alone. he's doing a great service to our community. He's making a great patch that gives a great variety to the basic game...

This is not Fifa 10 ng. I mean, fifa 11 stand alone. this is an IMPROVED VERSION, maybe a fifa 10.5 but still not totally the old version, so why it can't be modified. Just let the guy work please. And then we will know. For now there are great changes, who knows for the future!!!! Maybe P+ and such.

Also you demand for technical explanation... I mean, HELLO!?!? He's not english motherlanguage, what kind of technical talk you want to involve him in?!?! Please stop!!!! That's all FREE! You should accept it as it is. He's doing a great work for all of us... for free! and he gets trolled and flamed.. unacceptable!!

New feature of FIFA 11 PS3 now added on FIFA 11 PC! Gameplay and AI totally improved!!!! Ball phisics really improved!! New gameplay dinamics activated now! New kick-off! Stamina & fatigue more visible! Shooting accuracy and type of shots, tackling, slow pace, new ball stop, dribble, for individual player are all improved! 360° Fight For Possession (Feature succesfully added)
True freedom in man-to-man interactions, transforming physical play from individual lateral jostling to full 360° collisions involving multiple players.

Personality + sees a footballer’s performance on the pitch mirrored authentically in game, differentiated and replicated for every player’s skill-set. New body types and player models will further help identify players. Personality+ at every position on the pitch reinvents how players look, and perform – on and off the ball.
Pro Passing (Feature added on 60%) Personal interpretation
A new passing system where pass accuracy is determined by a gamer’s ability on the control pad, and player skill, situation and urgency on the pitch. Poor decisions or over/under striking the ball will mean error-prone outcomes. New types of passes such as swerve passes will enable players to make a safer and more effective play.

INSTALLATION
Check the document 1_HOW TO INSTALL HYBRID V 2.0.txt on FIFA11 HYBRID V 2.0 Easy Manual Install folder:
1) Go to your FIFA 11\Game folder (CProgram Files\EA Sports\FIFA 11\Game
Backup these files: data0.big, data0.bh, data7.big, data7.bh (restore for uninstall Hybrid)
2) Copy your data0.big, data0.bh, data7.big, data7.bh and paste on my FIFA 11 HYBRID V 2.0 Easy Manual Install (this folder)
3) Now on this folder run the bat file 2_INSTALL_HYBRID.bat
4) Now drag the data0.big, data0.bh, data7.big, data7.bh patched files into the FIFA 11\Game directory and overwrite original files.
You see the date of last modify of big & bh file for correct installation!

The gameplay is now installed!!

If you have a error when run INSTALL_HYBRID.bat file check this important tips:
Check if read only option on datax.big and bh is disabled (uncheck) and make sure in folder options you have uncheck the "hide extension for known file types! Very important!!!
Open bat file with notepad and check other info for import setting.lua file with simply edit!

Installation method alternative for expert (manual import, good for already patched data0.big, data7.big):
Go to my archive patch folder:
Now import with fifafs utility my files into datax.big:

i dont understand, why are people saying offensive stuff here. what is the point, fidel, still waiting for 2.0.

---about the patch---

This patch makes the game very unpredictible, slow pace, harder, and some tricks here and there and very realistic. the ai attacks are different each time, like they are using different variations, they shoot when ever they have a chance. DO YOU PEOPLE THINK THOSE REASONS ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY NOT USE THIS PATCH.

One of the biggest problem i had with orignal AI was their keeper and defence line were soo bad, a slow low shot would always go in.

Now that kind of shots are easily saved by keepers. you have to aim to a good angle and shoot a more powerfull shots.

If he did all those stuff, which are all present in PS3/XBOX, then he did convert ps3 files or copied it or did whatever he did, BUT the point is he did make the game like they play it in PS3.

Yes its far from being exact match as PS3, BUT its free, and a step closer, and much more fun and its a FREAKING BETA VERSION, it can only get better.

As RC has pointed out it is impossible to add new features to the exe. This is exactly why this discussion continues to be had.

If the exe doesn't have a way to recognize those new files/parameters there is no way to implement them. Even if you managed to decode the application with hex, you will never attain the actual source code, there will be codes missing and alot would just be pointers to functions. You would have to get the actual sorce code from Ian Jarvis and study its functions and find a way to implement the PP and P+ files, even then you would have to modify the engine and the physics to use them in game at the appropriate time. That is something that took a team of very experienced programmers.

So if you want to put this to rest. Please post and explain how you implemented these feature?


At the same time I am not disrespecting you and it's not meant to be to talk bad about your patch. I use it for it's AI, and it is very good . But I think you would save yourself all this grief if you didn't advertise the PP and P+.

Good job on adding AI, thats all I can say.

I tried doing what you said, but since I forgot the data0.big and data0.bh files were already altered, I back those up and installed the files as you said. It would still be nice if someone could upload the modified files as suggested above.
