I used the clear day models and I only changed the eff valors to sunset specifications but I have problem with the textures, maybe you can help me with that

Jona, how you change theses values? and how do you know which correspond to overcast, clear, sunset and night?, because some stadiums are supposedly clear, overcast and sunset, but appear with the black sky and the sun appears as filtered through a polarized glass. How can I correct that?

that file is missing... you can import it from others stadiums.... is compatible.

It's easey in the section of auxiliary files edit the file named eff, if the estadium doesn't have an especific file for each type of weather, export it, then edit with the new values, from a different stadium that has the weather that you want, and then import it to the game with the creation master, bckup your files always tell me if you need more help
