FIFA 10 Customized Backgrounds?

I installed a new background mod by Appollox but I would like to know if there is a way to add my own? I was messing around in the gui folder (not in FM10) with EAgraph editor but even when I replace the new backgrounds with my own customized backgrounds, for example the menu, it just gets dark. When I import Appollox's background it returns back to normal. I can't add my own? Any info would be helpful! I'm trying to load the Brazil World Cup 2014 Menus!

would you happen to know how to edit/change color of scoreboards? I would like to update the World Cup 2010 scoreboards/popups by just changing to the colors to brazil color scoreboards. I tried but in game it would come with errors..
