can anyone help with this? Maybe you've seen it before or have an idea.

I bought the game this week (yes I know I'm late :) )

It installed ok but when I try to play it takes me to a screen to select languages (English or Spanish) but once selected there are no options to move on. The screen just sits there and the only thing I can do is click on the 'X' which takes me back to windows. Can anyone help? EA support can't seem to figure it out.

Machine specs are:
P4 3 GHz; 1.5 GB of RAM; 78GB free drive space; graphics card with 256 MD RAM.

It doesn't get to a menu other than one to choose language. It's not frozen because I can exit to Windows/ I just can't move forward into the game
