Fifa 08 Music Changer install problems with 20070100.big file

I'm trying to install Fifa 08 Music Changer but i get a error box come up with the following message:

Error opening the file for writing
.\\Data\Gui\Elements\Albums\20070100.big

I downloaded the program 3 times just in case it was a corupt download but that hasn't helped.
