This is not considered as a patch, as it will add a new game (separate from FIFA 08)

Installation:

1- unrar the file ACN 08 and you will get an iso image
2- import the iso image using Deamon tools
3- if the installation didn't start, enter the CD and run ACN 08.exe
4- click "install ACN 08"
5- select where you want to install the game and select the location of your FIFA 08
6- click install
7- wait for about 5-30 minutes (depending on your PC)
8- after the installation is complete, click exit
9- rebuild FAT and BH files using fat master (or any other tool)
10- start the game from"FIFA 08 ACN edition folder\ACN 08.exe"
11- create a new profile (NO NEED TO DELETE FIFA 08 from my documents)
12- Enjoy your game


NOTE:

your saved games in FIFA 08 may not be loaded in ACN 08 and vice versa

Hello everyone!
I was very happy when I heard ACN patch is finaly released, but unfortunatly I couldn't install it, this is what appears:

Access to the path 'InternetCache/INST' is denied

Anywhay I continued and regenerated the FAT and BH files wit FAT Master 08, when I run ACN08.exe it doesn't have any African teams except those which came with FIFA. Can anyone tell me what is the problem and how can I properly install the ACN patch? Thank you in advance.

well, I tested the patch on XP and Vista and didn't find this problem but I think may be you don't have administrator privileges on the PC, Please make sure you are running the setup from an administrator account on your PC.

Thanks a lot for you replies,

for those who want it as .CMP, I really believe CM is a great tool and I helped in the creation of CM07, but I edited some fields in the db files that can't be edited by CM.

So here is the solution:

you can simply install my game (it will not affect your FIFA 08 at all), then you can export whatever you like from my game and import it to your FIFA 08 using CM08.

Hope you like this solution as I really don't have enough time to re upload the patch in a different format.

Finally I was able to create the error as you do and I fixed the problem and a friend of mine re-uploaded the ISO image again and we tried it several times and it worked with no errors.

I updated the first post with the new link.

NOTE:

make sure to edit the registry value: install dir of FIFA 08 to "." instead of (ex:"D:\FIFA 08").

I've installed the patch successfuly and it's great except the result bar and the radar I don't like it very much, the old one was better.
