FIFA 07 Winter Update problem

Friend, the problem is due to the fact that this patch (and all the official EA Sports patches) perform a previous analysis of the files installed on your PC to verify them, and upon finding a minimal modification, this installation error occurs. In theory, what it interprets is that the files have been tampered with and are therefore corrupt.
The solution is to install the FIFA completely clean, without any crack or patch. Now your update should install without errors. But doing so will modify certain FIFA files, so you will no longer be able to install any other official EA patch, not even the same one you just installed.
Finally you can crack or register your FIFA and start playing.

Try everything again without cracking FIFA yet and without opening it.

No, it doesn't work. I have reinstalled that around 5 times, I tried updates for each regional version of FIFA 07, I have installed it on domestic and custom localizations, there is no tutorials or forum threads about updating game, nothing doesn't work.
And there is no folder in AppData like Virtual Store

Wait, I found the other thing. I have found that EA had released patches after premiere. So I have installed this and then installed winter update patch. It didn't caused that window that you see above. Now that got installed, but I don't see a difference. Database is still in autumn 2006. You know why?

However, when installing another patch that fixes minor bugs if it produces effects eg to gui.big (modification date is current).
Apparently it only updates the language base data, which is fine, but fifa.db is missing ... Anyway when starting FIFA a roster update warning message should appear.

Well if Winter Update isn't modifying the database, it's useless for me. I needed it for extracting stats of players that were added in winter like Barthez, Vieri, Kluivert etc. for my mod. But if it's impossible, it won't change anything. Still, thanks for being patient for me. At least we've made a thread about this, because there is almost no information about it in Internet. Thanks

But it can be useful for your mod to use Sofifa.com to find the players and teams you need. There it is current as of February 22, 2007.
Lastly, to restart alignments. In FIFA, in Team Management look for Reset my squads and you will have three options: Cancel, Original Squads and Squads Online Update. Load this last option and look at the lineups.

Yes, I know SoFIFA. I am using it. However, there are 100 added players and adding them manually will take much more time. Not to mention upgrading and downgrading the stats existing football players. That's a pity.
As for restarting alignments, I'll try.
