Converting is taking existing model to work in different game.
If you thought that creating a model from the beginning to FIFA starts with the default cube, you are wrong.
And that goes for anyone who makes faces.

By the occasion, any chance using Payet's head model, can you please recreate below Taribo West hair (photo 1) removing the same beard and making hair green colour? Looks like your Payet and Zambo hybrid.

And one more question @Skoczek as we have poor version of Roque Santa Cruz. Can you try to create him better using FIFA 07 face texture and his existing FIFA 14 base model?
Bad idea. Fifa 07 face texture is "little" size 256x128
If you need convert - you try convert Fifa 08 face texture - has 512x256 is bigger and better quality on Fifa 14
