FIFA '04 PC Online gaming trouble

Ok so I was going thru all my games and stumbled into fifa 04 and installed it. first thing i do after a brief friendly is i try to play online. i click play online and it says the components for online gaming arent installed. Ok. i take a look at the readme and it tells me exactly how to install those components. Here's where the trouble starts. The file that installs the components wasnt on the run disk. The file is called EASOInstaller.exe and without it i cannot put my skills to use online. HEWP PWZ. :boohoo:
