Registry-Fix
Type in Windows-Start-Menu: regedit.
You will see 1 tool regedit.exe -> start it.
Now go to this directory:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Sports\FIFA 13\
Rightclick in the right field and select new -> String Value
Type the following name: Install Dir
The value is your FIFA path.

Today I releases the FHL-DB-Editor for FIFA 13.
With this tool you can view and edit the whole FIFA DB.
Have fun with it!

I added an data0.bh file and the dbs to the release post.

bug @ DB-Editor (playernames)

if i change, let's say Buffon to Buffone the game crashes
but it works if i change Weidenfeller to Weidenhirschfeller (as you do)

maybe Huffman or something else?

@thebaddie: Thanks for reporting, but that's bad Problems like that are hard to find, because my huffman algo should be right and I don't understand how it could work with weidenfeller.

@veggt: Sorry, but I don't know if I have the time to do that. At first I have to update my other tools before I implement new functions to it.

Look at my release post. You can see a bh file.
Just copy it in the Game folder and the db files in the directory Game/data/db

By interchanging arsenal ids with Al Hilal ones (they have their kit in the FIFA 13 Demo) I got this:

and it seems that we can see all the teams ids in the teamkits table
