Sacchi! And yes I completely agree. There are prodigies of course, for example Pep or Cruyff as managers, and of course Hoeness in the front office, but as a general rule I wouldn't bring in players. They spent their 20s and 30s playing football instead of learning how to be a manager or a businessman. Hoeness had a big advantage here because he was forced to retire at 27 because of injuries, but he was always savvy about these things. When he got married in 1974 he sold the pictures to the tabloids. 1974!

Taxes? I'm sure we don't. But yeah, someone on another forum was upset about how Bilbao won't accept a cheaper offer for Llorente because his contract expires next summer. I had to explain that his replacement is going to be someone from the youth team if they get 100m or 0. They can't just sell superstars because they are so hard to replace with the all-Basque policy.

Well, i can see that 33 mill bringing in like 3-4 quality players that will help us way more than that Spaniard. I just don't see it, very un-Bayern like. And from a players prospective, i just don't think any Spanish player would want to move in Germany.
