People in charge has no fucking idea (Roura and Altimira) and the coaches in final stages (FC Barcelona and Barça B) doesnt want to trust youth.

Luis Enrique never trusted Barça B and Gerard López signed experienced players from other clubs so Barça B got promoted instead playing the U19s

Does anyone here thinks Grimaldo and Samper would do worse than Digne and Gomes? Even Sandro proved to be a good player and now Madrid might sign him.

So Barca B's promotion, and the desire to keep them in that higher league as a point of pride is one of the big reasons? That's very interesting and does make some sense. But you need experienced pros to stay in that division, not kids, but the kind of experienced pros are not talented enough to play for the first team.

incidentally I've long criticized you for this and mainly you guys blew off what I said and were like SUAREZ LOL YOU ARE DUMB.

Exactly, the club wants Barça B at Liga 123 which is stupid because the player is the same no matter what division he plays, what It is really important on his developement is the coach but if then the likes of Aleña are too good to Play at 2B or 3rd division just loan or sell them with a buyback clause...
