when will the transfers to the RPL be fully completed

when i open my game u can see that the mod is on because of the first screen where is custom pic
but in the game there is no new leauges
also put -dataPath FIFAModData in game so a dont know why it isnt showing
also the badges of the clubs are here like lazio atalanta.. but i need croatian league where to find it
if anyone if willing to show me we can get on discord for minutes

Thanks for everything but i have a problem. When I upload the file and say "Load squads in FC 24": FC 24 TLP vTU11 fix seems to be corrupt or unusable. If you select Cancel, the corrupted file will be removed.
