fatbh builder overriding my ingame logo

Only since I started using kitraptor have I had this problem. I was using CC06 ot import Flags and logos. All of them work perfectly on most teams but every once in a while 1 team's ingame logo will remain as it was origionally. Even after changing it. I edited 11 teams today and only 1 of them had this problem.

Any idea's what's going on? or does anyone know another program/utility that I could use to import the logo.
