Differentiate between L. and B.L. to clarify.

Obviously xx$ means sold for that value.

oh L means loan and B L means back from Loan

I wouldn't worry about releasing, do some transfers and they we will look at it
and make sure there are no bugs then release.

No, it is not designed for moddingway, I started it and do not use moddingway.

It can be used if CMP patches of every team is made and imported into your
database.
