Could someone tell me, how to use those faces, what everyone are requesting?

It's easy! You follow 3 easy steps:
1)Wait that those requested faces become available on the internet.
2)Download the image file or the .cmp file.
3)Assign the faces to the different players in CM08.

P.S.: I had to write this unuseful reply in order to start a thread where I want to ask:''Can somebody create a .cmp file of CEP?''
