That's what I'm telling you mate. I converted and released them quite some time ago. There are still some asian and mexican players to be converted.

Edit: Another thing. Beware that texture layers in FIFA 16 are different from FIFA 14 ones.

Hi mate, as I said before, FIFA 16 light and bump map are different from those of FIFA 22. The result is much better when you create the correct maps.

I check texture face, face normal and face mask like e fifa 16 bro , just different color face mask maybe , I don't think it's a problem bro, before I made a face in PES too
