Man u need to imrove.u need to post previews before u post download links.that way we can point out the problem untill it becomes perfect.instead of doing many bad faces a day try to make one quality face a day.

No, you don't. To make a good face you need work hard in texture and in model. You're using generic models and very very poor textures. Ask Manulukasz for his tutorial.
Work more in 1 good face than 15 terribles.
