Use the script to install face I have shared on the software section of this forum it will ease the installation process in such a situation (face id not matching your db id).

Sancho isn't working for me. The model is really distorted and you can't see anything. Malcuit's head is a little too big and needs to be smaller. Please fix, thanks for these.

This is due to the head file. This file is only 173kb in size. For Fifa 16, the head files must be 474kb in size. It was forgotten to convert the head file.

I resized the MACUIT head
and JADON, I have no problems.
repositioned the files again in the cloud
